  • Organized and launched New York's YIMBY movement: incorporated a new nonprofit, built a 5,000+ person mailing list, launched chapters statewide, and hired 10+ full-time staff.
  • Organized volunteers to testify in favor of projects, canvass for endorsed candidates, and lobby for housing-friendly laws at the local and state level.
  • Over that period New York passed citywide zoning reform (City of Yes), enacted ballot initiatives to streamline the housing approval process, and eliminated parking minimums near transit.
